2016 seems to be the year of superhero clashes. After Batman v.Superman: Dawn Of Justice opened to mixed reviews few weeks ago, Captain America and Iron Man will soon battle it out in Captain America: Civil War. Also releasing this year is X Men: Apocalypse – the latest installment of the X Men franchise. While much of the spotlight was hogged by Batman vs. Superman & Captain America: Civil War, the latest X Men film got a bit overlooked.
But by the looks of it’s latest trailer, we may have yet another great addition to one of the longest running and most exciting superhero film franchise. And it may just about surpass the other superhero films this year.

The film features a stellar cast with James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Nicholas Hoult and Michael Fassbender reprising their roles as Prof. Charles Xavier, Raven/Mystique, Beast and Magneto respectively. While Oscar Issac who plays the role of Apocalypse is the latest addition to the franchise. The film also features Ben Hardy, Alexandra Shipp, Olivia Munn as Angel, Psylocke and Storm who form the four horsemen of Apocalypse along with Magneto. And of course, no X Men film can be complete without the presence of Hugh Jackman as Wolverine.
Directed by Bryan Singer, the film is scheduled to release in India on 20th May and will release a week later in U.S, U.K among other international circuits. Meanwhile do have a look at the film’s trailer and let us know your views on it.
