Here’s our recommendations for the 2nd day of the movie extravaganza. We have very little info about Indian films playing in the fest. On getting to know more about them, we hope to put up a separate post recommending only the Indian films, before the festival begins.
Our annual pilgrimage to the cinemas is round the corner. Like every year, the patrons of the Mumbai Film Festival have a tough time narrowing down on the films to finally watch from the wide array available. So, we thought of coming up with a day-wise list of films that shouldn’t be missed.
Jio MAMI 18th Mumbai Film Festival with Star introduces a programme this year called The New Medium. This section will feature the best in innovative filmmaking by scouring the living history of cinema – from its inception to the contemporary moment. The New Medium is formulated and programmed by artist, Shaina Anand who is co-founder of the artist studio CAMP, and the Indian Cinema Foundation.
