He now returns with Monsoon Mangoes which is the debut feature film of Abi Varghese. Abi shot to form with his U.S based Malayalam sitcom “Akkarakazhchakal” and Monsoon Mangoes is also a tale based in USA. Produced by Thampy Antony Thekkek and Prema Thekkek,Monsoon Mangoes is written by Abi Varghese, Matt Grubb and Naveen Bhaskar. Uyyala Jampala and D for Dopidi: Some Relief for Telugu Cinema at the Fag End of 2013

Telugu Cinema 20132013 turned out to be another disappointing year for Telugu Cinema, in terms of the quality of films getting released. Year after year the standard seems to be going down further which has now thrown up an unexpected side-effect. Go Goa Gone-PicSo one of my first summer flicks this year was Go Goa Gone and was I in for a surprise. Being honest, I didn’t go into this one with much of an expectation, with something of a moderate expectation. D For Dopidi: Trailer

Krishna D.K and Raj Nidimoru have been noticed for their Hindi films like 99 and Shor in the City, whereby they seem to have left their mark by narrating interesting stories. Now both of them who have spent a long time in Hyderabad are ready with their first Telugu film, D For Dopidi ( Dopidi means robbery ). This time around they remain only as producers and the film is written and directed by Siraj Kalla.
