Kapil Jhaveri is Indian film actor known for his Bollywood movies Ishq Vishk starring Shahid Kapoor, lead role in Saawan… The Love Season featuring Salman Khan and Saloni Aswani again directed by Sawaan Kumar Tak and in 2006 horror film Aatma opposite Neha.
Under an initiative called Dil Se – Bharat Foundation, Kapil aims to feed more than 2000 people on a daily basis in Mumbai. One of the pioneering initiatives is bringing happiness and joy on the faces of underprivileged children, DIL SE. He wishes to bring smiles to the children poor strata of the society by providing meals to over 2000 children and has also been frequently giving free ride over the city of Mumbai with an aerial view of Mumbai Darshan which they could have just dreamed of.
Currently having presence in 4 states including Goa, Amritsar & Mumbai, we’re planning to go branch out Pan India and have around 20,000 volunteers.
Talking about the same he said, Right now we are all together in these tough times against the coronavirus. Some of us are blessed to have food and shelter but there are many who have not eaten meals in days and it’s really difficult for them. To help these people, I’ve decided to start the food drive and I hope I am able to help as many people as possible,”.
