Pop Aye is a 2017 Singaporean-Thai drama film directed by Kirsten Tan. It was screened in the World Cinema Dramatic Competition section of the 2017 Sundance Film Festival. It was the first Singaporean film screened at Sundance.
Plot: On a chance encounter, a disenchanted architect bumps into his long-lost elephant on the streets of Bangkok. Excited, he takes his elephant on a journey across Thailand, in search of the farm where they grew up together.
