Winner of the Prix du Jury at Cannes this year, Andrea Arnold‘s British-American rod drama American Honey is slated for its release later this year. Featuring Sasha Lane, Shia LaBeouf, and Riley Keough, American Honey is also the director’s first film to be set and filmed outside the U.K.
Synopsis-A teenage girl with nothing to lose joins a travelling magazine sales crew, and gets caught up in a whirlwind of hard partying, law bending and young love as she criss-crosses the Midwest with a band of misfits.
