Ragini MMS (2011) was India’s answer to Paranormal Activity and the film with its mix of supernatural horror and sex managed to be a commercial success. So it was no surprise when producers Ekta Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor announced a sequel for the same. The announcement created a mild flutter as Sunny Leone got signed up for the lead role & while the previous film was directed by Pawan Kripalani, the sequel is directed by Bhushan Patel who has directed 1920: Evil Returns earlier. Ragini MMS 2 is supposed to take off from where the previous film left, with a film crew deciding to make a film based on the incidents seen in the Ragini MMS clip. Along with Sunny Leone the film also features Parvin Dabas and Divya Dutta among others. After a couple of delays, the film is now headed for release on 21st March.
