Anil C.Menon‘s London Bridge featuring Prithviraj was originally meant to be an Onam release in 2013 but with the shooting not getting over in time,the release got delayed.Produced by Antony Binoy and Sathish.B, London Bridge is a film completely based in London and supposed to be a romantic entertainer. Prithviraj has been having a splendid run of late with films like Molly Aunty Rocks, Ayalum Njanum Thammil, Celluloid, Mumbai Police and Memories all turning out to be successful and receiving critical acclaim as well. London Bridge co-stars Andrea Jeremiah, Nanditha Raj (who’s worked in a couple of Telugu films and making her Malayalam debut with this film),Mukesh,Lena,Prathap Pothen etc. Written by Jinu Abraham, London Bridge has songs composed by Rahul Raj and Dr.Sreevalsan Menon while Gopi Sundar takes care of the BGM.
Jithu Damodhar is the DOP while Praveen Prabhakar is the editor of the film. London Bridge will finally be releasing on 31st January. After a spate of slightly different films it will be interesting to see if Prithviraj can pull off a simple romantic film as well.Check out the trailer of the film now.
